**Job description**:
We are looking for a Logistics Executive to handle shipment and delivery arrangements, ensure timely delivery of finished goods to customers in satisfactory conditions, in compliance with our policies and quality standards.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Generate comparison reports for ocean and/or air freight, and negotiate with forwarding companies.
- Make bookings with shipping liners and/or freight forwarders.
- Liaise with customers on shipping instructions and provide ongoing updates on shipment details.
- Ensure prompt completion of all inbound and outbound shipping documentations, and that all overseas imports and exports are handled smoothly, with timely clearance and on-time arrival and delivery.
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing department on customers’ shipping arrangements (by sea, air or trucking)
- Coordinate with hauliers and forwarders for the container trucking arrangements.
- Coordinate with warehouse department for stuffing arrangements.
- Prepare full set of shipping documents based on customer’s requirements.
- Perform checking and verification of external invoices involving shipping liners, forwarders, hauliers, fumigation and others.
- Liaise with government authorities, i.e. customs to ensure compliance with respective custom procedures for all export oriented shipments.
- Maintain the filing system for all export shipping documents for easy retrieval.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field.
- Experience with SAP system is an added advantage.
- High integrity with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate and negotiate with different stakeholders.
