Job Responsibilities :
  • Plan and coordinate daily delivery shipments to ensure on-time dispatch and arrival.
  • Prepare delivery schedules and plan routes based on delivery priorities and destinations.
  • Communicate with drivers and customers regarding delivery arrangements, delays, or special requirements.
  • Track shipment status and update internal systems and teams accordingly.

  • Handle Proof of Delivery (POD) collection, verification and filing.

  • Assist in preparing and processing all required import or export documentation

  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and shipping lines to ensure timely clearance.

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing materials in the transit store.

  • Maintain delivery and shipment logs and submit regular operational reports.

  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

Job Requirements :

  • Min Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or any related field.
  • Have at least 3 year's experience in Logistics operations.
  • Familiar with import/export documentation and customs procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and logistics systems (ERP/WMS).
