Job Responsibilities

  • Handle FCL/LCL/AIR export booking
  • Monitor shipment progress and update customers on vessel schedules
  • Handle shipments from booking stage till invoicing
  • Prepare and check all shipping documents to ensure that they are complete before date line
  • Coordinate with relevant parties including customers and sales team to ensure smooth operation of shipments
  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Able to multitask

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Highly responsible and a good team-member
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Able to work independently, self motivated and discipline
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
