**Requirements**:

- Responsible in assist Senior Logistic in project compiling stock take report materials for submission to account and transportation report monthly.
- Responsible for managing tasks according to submission within deadlines.
- Assist in dealing with Suppliers, Transporters and Warehouse team to ensure smooth in process.
- Prepare Purchase Order to suppliers with relevant supporting Quotation.
- To update & maintain document of approved suppliers and others relevant document.
- Filling and update the Purchase order in order.
- Preparing Good received material and compilation of related document such as Invoice, Delivery Order and photo for submit to account. Update and maintain document accordingly.
- To handle auto-count and SOR system.
- Perform all relevant procedures & practices as defined in the quality system are implemented in the Procurement and Logistic department.
- To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
- Responsible for prepare document as per ISO requirements.
- To assist any other task in department as per requested.

**Skills & Experiences**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Purchasing & Logistic or relevant fields.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Multi-tasking
- Strong in documentation.
- Experience in Purchasing or Logistic.
- Good communication/dealing (PR) & correspondence skills with Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Well versed with contract engineering specifications by law/ standard for Utility Services
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
