- Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
- Act as the point of contact among managers, employees, clients and other external partners
- Prepare official correspondence, minutes of meeting and external letters
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of staff
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Effective communication abilities, able to communicate with all levels of guests
- Safety and timely drive assigned personnel and family members to and from various locations

- Able to accommodate flexible working hours including earlier start time and overtime as and when required

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- At least 2 years of experience as a personal driver
- Prefer Male, Proficiency in Japanese and English language
- Valid motocar driving license with a proven track record of good driving skills
- Proficient in navigating and using necessary apps (eg. Waze, Google Maps)
- Must have a clean driving record and be free from any traffic summons
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in calendar management and travel coordination using software such as Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, or similar tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload In a fast-paced environment

Additional Requirements
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation may be required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
