To manage all inbound operations and ensure the team meets all KPIs including but not limited to zero inbound errors, zero backlog on inbound floor.
- To produce reports for inbound and monitor the performance based on the reports
- To monitor the process and propose improvements that can give performance gains to the team
- To motivate, train, coach, Receiving team as to ensure effective and efficient operations in accordance with the stipulated SOPs, deliverables and meeting the overall warehouse KPIs.
- To supervise and maintain discipline of all personnel under his charge as to follow the warehouse rules and regulations, stock handling, materials handling, and other related procedures guidelines.
- To assist all transactions for all shipping/inbound activities compliance with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485:2003, GxP and other areas related to Occupational, Safety & Health Acts.
- To assist regular meeting with all staff in planning, identifying, rectifying and resolving every problematic issue and provide training and guidance to his subordinates when necessary. Sets related objectives to achieve maximum productivity and optimum output, and provide prompt feedback and possible solutions to Warehouse Manager.
- To ensure the inbound documentation and receiving processes and activities are practiced in accordance with the stipulated SOPs, and exercise highest security in discharging all goods in warehouse and its vicinity, reduce receiving errors and ensuring on time put away schedules.
- To closely monitor and work within budget on overtime, cost and expenses, resource planning, analyse activity and staff performance for improvement, project implementation if any.
- To have good liaison with other inbound and outbound section activities in order to achieve high service level to principals, internal, external customers and effective operational procedures.
- To assist prompt and timely daily clearance of in-coming shipment for timely receipt and put away of goods available for sales. To give direct supervision on all related shipping and receiving processes, resource deployment, daily output and documentation to be executed accordingly meeting the required dateline.
- To give direct supervision on all urgent shipments or arrivals, special promotion, importation and exportation, returns, and any exceptional matters meeting the receipt dateline.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
