**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a Procurement Analytics Project Manager to design and execute quantitative analyses to identify procurement trends that impact business and financials resulting in recommended courses of actions in business decision making. **A day in the life of a Procurement Analytics Project Manager**:

- Gain understanding of Nestle’s business and organizational challenges
- Translate business challenges into questions that can be answered through analytical or statistical methods
- Draw insight from data using various analytical, statistical, quantitative methods
- Create new analytical solutions to bring visibility on opportunities to improve sustainability, costs and supply safety
- Communicate insights and recommendations to decision-makers and key stakeholders through simple, succinct storytelling
- Build the capabilities of Procurement colleagues to be evidence-led and data literate; to use Procurement Analytics-provided solutions such as PowerBI dashboards and webapps to find and use data
- Project Management: Co-lead strategic projects for all spend categories (raw, pack, technical and services), across all geographical zones and Nestlé Business Units
- Proactively use benchmark, provide constructive challenge, and find innovative solutions to support our stakeholders in developing strong sourcing strategies

**What will make you successful**:

- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Procurement and/or Procurement Analytics
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Engineering discipline or equivalent
- Proficiency in Excel
- Stakeholder management experience at the highest organization levels. Strong ability to consult to and influence senior business and procurement leaders
- Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders to turn insights into actionable people strategies
- Ability to communicate statistical analysis to business leaders and procurement professionals.
- Demonstrated success translating data into insights
- Experience and comfort working and leading projects in cross functional and geographical teams
- Ability to use R, Python is a big advantage
- Proficiency in English
