**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Technical Support (IT / Systems / Equipment)**:

- Provide **Level 1**technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Perform **routine preventive maintenance** at client sites and company offices.
- Support **system installation** (hardware/software) during deployment phases.
- Assist with **IT troubleshooting**, computer setups, printer maintenance, and basic office network support.
- Manage IT **inventory** and spare parts, including procurement.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and maintenance activities clearly and accurately.

**General Office / Handyman Support**:

- Assist with **basic handyman tasks** such as minor repairs, office maintenance, equipment moving, and upkeep of office facilities.
- Ensure general office readiness and upkeep.
- Coordinate with vendors for minor office repair works when necessary.

**Logistics / Driving (with GDL License)**:

- Perform **company driving duties** (deliveries, pick-ups, site visits) as required using company vehicle.
- Ensure company vehicle(s) are well-maintained, clean, and properly serviced.
- Support logístical arrangements for events, technical equipment delivery, or customer site visits.

**Requirements**:

- **Valid GDL driving license**.
- Minimum **SPM / Diploma** qualification; IT, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
- **1-2 years of experience** in technical support, IT support, or a similar role.
- Practical hands-on experience with **computer hardware, basic networking, printers, and software troubleshooting**.
- Familiar with **Windows OS** and basic IT support tools.
- Physically fit, able to perform manual tasks (lifting, carrying equipment, etc.).
- Comfortable working independently and performing multi-role duties.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to travel for site visits when required (within Malaysia).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of **networking, APIs, and database management** is an advantage.
- Awareness of **cybersecurity principles**.
- Hands-on with **tools** and general maintenance equipment.
- Customer service oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Good time management and self-discipline.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
