Internship Business Administration

Check and enter data accurately into computer systems and databases.
- Check data for completeness and accuracy.
- Perform data retrieval as requested.
- Keep data confidential and adhere to security guidelines.
- Assist with other administrative tasks if required.
- Assist with **Accounts Payable (AP)**: Process vendor invoices, reconcile statements, and manage timely payments.
- Support **Accounts Receivable (AR)**: Generate invoices, follow up on payments, and address customer inquiries.
- Maintain and update financial records, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Organize and file financial documents and streamline accounting processes.
- Providing administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Participating in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Supporting the payroll and benefits administration processes
- Conducting research and analysis to support HR initiatives
- To prepare project documentation as per customer requirement and submit within expected dateline
- To ensure that all electronic and hard copy filing is accurate and is easily retrievable.
- To follow up closely with manufacturers for documents to be submitted as per contract timeline
- To perform ad-hoc assignments if required
Pay: RM500.00 per month
