Job Title:
Supervisor, Manufacturing

**Job Description**:
Position Purpose & Summary:
Oversee the overall day to day Assembly production line for 200mm Reticle & SMIF

pods

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Meeting output targets (overall production schedule, quality and zero safety issue)

2. Make sure operators meet the performance intended, monitor productivity and

provide coaching

3. Ensure working environment is safe, and healthy

4. Have the capability to identify, analyze and resolve problems.

5. Provide input as and when required to help solve day to day production issues in the

line

6. Ensure production work are done according to SOP, WI procedure and in proper

order.

7. Work well with others supporting team to achieve target and goals.

8. Perform production reportings (Output reports, scrap reports, ETQ submissions, etc)

and other documentations required

9. Review Work orders on a timely manner prior to run and have proper planning to

ensure all materials are available.

10. Do Communication pass down (Tier boards) & vital information to oncoming shift

Knowledge:
1. Familiar with company guidelines and safety rules

2. Plastic injection molding and assemblies

3. Handling production

**Skills**:1. Ability to train and coach operators

2. Good communication skills

3. Good organization and leadership skills

4. Good English

2. Highly patience person.

3. Willingness to learn new things.

11. Perform other duties assigned.

Accountability:
Able to meet quality and work order output as given by Planner / assign by Senior
