**About You**

The Specialist, Digital Learning is responsible to contribute the modernization and improvement the quality of digital learning materials in Carsome academy learning programs.

Our purpose is to make the most out of people’s talents and help them unlock to their full potential by developing and implementing learning strategies and programs that are aligned with the organization’s objectives.

**Your Day-to-Day**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the content topics / content details and requirements.
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos.
- Monitor all technical aspects of recording and editing.
- Trim footage segments and combine the sequences of the video content.
- Performing the full range of video editing works from splicing, to sound balancing, to color correction and color grading to ensure that concepts are translated effectively.
- Input effects, graphics, dialogues, music and necessary sound effects into the videos to make them more visually appealing.
- Ensure all published content meets quality standards.
- Work effectively with the team members.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
**Your Know-How**
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 3-year experience is a video editor, video specialist or similar role.
- Sound technical knowledge of professional lighting and photography equipment.
- Solid experience with digital technology and strong expertise in video editing software packages.(Example: Premiere Pro, After Effect, Photoshop and Final Cut Pro).
- Good color grading sense and skills and are able to tell a story through video editing.
- Perform simple 2D animation, Motion graphics and VFX.
- Organized and with a high attention to detail.
- Deliver high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines.
- Team player; proven success and passion for building and sustaining strong relationships with team members, employees, and stakeholders.
- Good spoken and written in English in a must.
