Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Petaling Jaya for a Learning and Development Specialist. The role involves designing and managing training programs, conducting needs assessments, developing instructional materials, and facilitating professional development workshops. The Learning and Development Specialist will work closely with teams to enhance employee performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals through effective learning strategies.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Training & Development and Learning Management is essential.
  • Proficiency in Instructional Design and the ability to create engaging training content is required.
  • Strong Communication and Coaching skills to effectively guide and mentor employees are necessary.
  • Ability to analyze and assess training needs and measure training outcomes is advantageous.
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Education, or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Certification in Learning and Development or related areas is a plus.
