Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organization and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic data management.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all training logistics, including booking venues, preparing materials, and ensuring required equipment is available.
  • Manage training registration, attendance lists, and participant communication before and after sessions.
  • Prepare training documents, certificates, and evaluation forms for each session.
  • Maintain and update training databases and employee development records accurately.
  • Support training evaluation and reporting, compiling feedback and attendance summaries for review.
  • Assist in managing the annual training calendar and monitoring completion of mandatory training programs.
  • Liaise with internal departments, trainers, and external vendors to ensure smooth coordination of learning activities.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to L&D functions such as documentation, filing, and tracking invoices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,300.00 per month
