Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate 
Lecturer
 to join our 
Diploma in Education
 team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students, contributing to curriculum development and supporting the continuous improvement of academic standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver lectures, tutorials and assessments for Diploma in Education modules.
  • Develop and update course materials in line with programme learning outcomes.
  • Facilitate online and blended learning sessions (for ODL delivery mode).
  • Conduct student consultations, mentoring and academic advising.
  • Participate in academic quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Engage in curriculum review, programme enhancement and institutional projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification:
     
    Bachelor's Degree in Education
     or equivalent from a recognised institution.
  • Experience:
     
    At least 2 years of teaching or lecturing experience
     in a higher education institution in Malaysia.
  • Added Advantage:
     Knowledge and experience in 
    Open and Distance Learning (ODL)
     pedagogy and e-learning platforms.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to student-centered learning and academic excellence.
