Requirements:

  • PhD in Education
  • Candidates with experience and proficiency in online learning will be given preference.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing and delivering online and conventional courses.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to incorporate innovative teaching methods and technologies.
  • Passionate about Life-long Learning and committed to delivering high- quality teaching and learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching and Curriculum Development

  • Teach master degree students (where applicable) as assigned by the Head of Programme (Postgraduate, Education).
  • Contribute to the development, planning, and implementation of a high quality Master of Education curriculum.
  • Assist in the creation of learning materials, preparation of schemes of work, and maintaining records to monitor student progress, achievement,and attendance.

2. Course Materials Preparation

  • Develop comprehensive course materials, including lecture notes, slides,course guides, assessment questions, final examination papers, answer,schemes, and JSU.
  • Source and integrate additional course-relevant materials such as video links and journal articles to support the curriculum.
  • Student Support and Engagement
  • Provide weekly classroom and/or online support,including lectures, tutorials, online facilitation, and consultation hours.
  • Utilize diverse forms oftechnology and hands-on approaches to enhance the student learning experience.
  • Provide appropriate academic counseling and support to students.

4. Assessment and Evaluation

  • Grade assessments and provide constructive written feedback to students.
  • Evaluate and grade final examination scripts.

5. Administrative Duties

  • Participate in meetings and discussions as required by the Head of Programme (Postgraduate, Education).
  • Perform other academic and administrative duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM6,280.04 per month
