**Full job description**
- To ensure daily accounts function and datelines are met
- To ensure proper filling of accounts documentation and supporting documents.
- To handle accounting date entry, matching of accounting documents and other day to day operations of accounting functions.
- To handle accounts receivables and account payables
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- To assist in credit control analysis report and make sure that there is adequate cash flow.
- Assist in preparation of PV, CS & journal.
- Support the maintenance of the general ledger by posting journal entries and assisting with month-end closing procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance and account department, including filing and managing invoicing.
- Assist in tracking and managing inventory-related financial data, including stock purchases, cost of goods sold (COGS), and inventory adjustments.

**Job Requirement**
- Diploma / Certificate in Accounting
- At lease 1 year(s) of working experience in related field.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Able to multi-tasked and work prioritized, good time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Required skill(s) : MS Excel, MS Word, Accounting, UBS system
- Required language(s) : Bahasa Melayu, English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
