Flame Café is a modern halal café featuring a combination of an open kitchen, flame grill, and botanical-style interior. We provide high-quality halal food and beverages in a cozy and welcoming environment. We are looking for passionate and talented crew members who are enthusiastic about the F&B industry and enjoy being part of both daily operations and special events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervising Staff**:

- Oversee waitstaff performance and ensure high-quality service standards are met.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Coordination**:

- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- **Training**:

- Train new staff on service standards, menu items, and operational procedures.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in managing inventory levels of food and beverages and help with ordering supplies as needed.
- **Setting Up**:

- Ensure the dining area is properly set up before service, including table settings and cleanliness.
- **Sales**:

- Promote menu items and specials to guests to increase revenue.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare daily operation reports, including sales figures and customer feedback.
- **Event Management**:

- Assist in planning and executing special events or functions within the café.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

**Additional Note**:

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
