Assistant Project Manager

Leads and oversees the initial set up of the planned business ventures.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects planned.
- Assist with all related administrative and office support activities related to the pre opening of new outlet
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
- Development, monitor and track progress of new outlets’ opening plan with appropriate timelines and strategies including staffing and systems set up
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques or methods.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risk.
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial budgeting.
- Maintenance and keep track record of the upkeep of the equipment and outlet.
- Managing relationships with site owners and stakeholders.
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Carry out inspections of the facilities in the outlets to identify and resolve issues
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Allocate workload and supervise the progress of any work carried out in the outlet related to upkeep and maintenance of the equipment inventories and fittings.
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,300.00 per month
