**Position Summary**:
To provide leadership and technical support for compliance to MIDA incentive, tax, audit, and corporate reporting with focus on IFRS, MPERS, local statutory audit and tax compliance.

**What You Will Do**:

- Lead on MIDA incentive compliance, setup conditions monitoring process and control
- Work with various functional stakeholders and operation to drive the delivery of MIDA incentive condition requirement, to meet annual conditions audit and IRB tax audit compliance
- Provide tax advisory and planning, manage tax related issues to business
- Work closely with tax consultants and auditors to manage requirements change in various reporting for tax incentive and tax filing compliance
- Lead and drive for improvement, process and system changes related to various tax activities (tax computation, deferred tax, transfer pricing, separation of accounts etc.)
- Support corporate request on various tax impact simulation, assessment, proposals and advisory from local perspective etc.
- To lead or participate in ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by Management from time to time
- Support corporate / management agenda, analysis and reporting request
- Other key responsibilities are:

- Manage and coordinate quarterly self-assessment to ensure compliance to IFRS/SOX/Audit requirement
- Review and ensure full compliance with company accounting policies and procedures, internal controls and statutory requirement
- Support internal and external audit, direct and indirect tax, government regulatory reporting related matters

- Bachelor's
- Field of Study_

Accountancy or possess a professional qualification recognized by MIA
- Years of Experience_
- (Minimum)_
- 7 - 9 years

**Preferred Qualifications***:

- Preference to those with tax, audit and reporting experience from manufacturing environment.
- Possess excellent financial analytical skills, result oriented and fast learner.
- Able to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced manufacturing environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent in communication, proactive, self-motivated and good team player.
- Ability to act and operate independently with mínimal supervision / direction.
- Ability to use own initiative and quick decisions to deal with unexpected situations.
- Possess excellent excel skills and familiar with advanced ERP system
