Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance & Admin Manager to oversee the company's financial operations and administrative functions in
Penang and Kuala Lumpur
. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, effective internal controls, and efficient office management to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

  • Oversee full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports in accordance with Group accounting policies and local accounting standards.
  • Manage cash flow planning to support business decisions.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Ensure timely submission of SST, income tax, and other regulatory filings.
  • Monitor company expenses and implement cost control measures.
  • Provide financial analysis and performance reporting to support management decision-making.

Administration

  • Manage day-to-day office administration, procurement, and facility management.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and government authorities as required.
  • Support management in organizing meetings, company events, and travel arrangements.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional Certifications (CA / CPA etc) is highly advantageous.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a managerial role or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and statutory requirements (SST, tax compliance).
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across locations.

This role will be based at our office located in Penang.
