Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Support bookkeeping and data entry into accounting systems or spreadsheets.
  • Help prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing documents for tax filing (e.g. SST, PCB, or corporate tax) and ensure records are properly organized.
  • Assist in audit preparation and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

  • Open to students currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Eager to learn, responsible, and attentive to details.
  • Good teamwork and organizational skills.
