Job Description:

  • Assist in the full spectrum of financial reporting and month-end closing activities.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly Group reporting packages for headquarters, including annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
  • Review e-invoicing reports and ensure timely submission in the system.
  • Manage tax computations, submissions, and liaise with tax agents to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Ensure timely filing of statutory financial reports.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors, preparing audit schedules and ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Oversee Group consolidation processes, including intercompany transactions and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks such as financial analysis, reporting, and special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting, audit or finance.
  • Good knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel and accounting software.
  • Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines in fast paced environment.
  • Able to identify issues, recommend solutions and implement corrective actions.
  • Experienced in retail industry with expertise in managing accounts for multiple outlets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6, RM7,000.00 per month
