**Type**: Full-Time
**Range**:RM 3,000 - RM 5,000

We’re looking for **creative, easygoing, and confident personalities** to help us craft content people _actually_ want to watch.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Create UGC-style content for TikTok, Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
- Be the face and voice in videos — natural, expressive, and relatable
- Pitch fun ideas and bring them to life using your phone
- Jump on viral trends and give them a BJAK twist
- Collaborate with our Marketing team to grow our social presence

**Who You Are**:

- You love social media and know how to ride a trend
- You’re fun, creative, and not camera-shy
- You know how to shoot and edit content quickly (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
- You’re a self-starter — someone who takes initiative and enjoys experimenting
- You thrive in a fast-moving, startup-style environment

**Bonus If**:

- You’ve grown your own TikTok or IG following
- You’re great at storytelling and getting people hooked in the first 3 seconds
- You’re always thinking: “How can I make this fun or shareable?”- Send us your **best TikTok/IG/Reels content** or portfolio. Show us your creativity and personality

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Digital Media, or related field
- 1-3 years’ experience in social media content creation or a similar creative role
- Proven track record of high-performing short-form content (TikTok, IG, YouTube)
- Hands-on experience in short-form video production, from concept to editing
- Strong grasp of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Creative storytelling skills with an eye for visuals and tone consistency
