**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of global clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to understand client needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and address potential client challenges.
- **Client Onboarding and Remote Platform Training**:
- Lead the onboarding process for new global clients upon request, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
- Develop and deliver training materials and resources such as Product Handbook to support client adoption and usage.
- **Client Advocacy and Retention**:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and reduce churn.
- Identify and implement best practices for client success management.
- Monitor client usage and identify clients that need more support.
- **Revenue Growth and Expansion**:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute client expansion.
- Track and report on client performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve client issues and improve the platform.
- Share client feedback and insights with internal teams to drive product development and innovation.
- Work with the Sales & Marketing team to create client success stories and case studies.

- Bachelor’s degree in business admin, International Trade, or supply‑chain or related fields.
- Strong interest in Global Business and Supply Chains Trade.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client engagement.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh graduate Welcome
- Proficient in Canva & Microsoft Words/Excel/PowerPoint.
- Resilient, curious, and obsessed with customer outcomes
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✨ **Nice to Have**
- Exposure to global trade, logistics, or supply‑chain operations
- Hands‑on with CRM/ERP, Salesforce, or similar Tools
- German/Portuguese/Japanese/Spanish proficiency is a bonus**

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
