Issuers play a pivotal role in this ecosystem. By issuing badges through the CheckD Wallet, Issuers create new ways for users to engage, earn, and prove participation in campaigns, communities, and real-world actions. Our goal is to ensure every Issuer achieves success — from campaign design and launch to ongoing engagement and analytics.

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven
Issuer Client Success Manager (CSM)
to serve as the primary liaison between our Issuer (clients) and internal teams.

You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure Issuers are successfully onboarded, actively engaged, and maximizing impact through their badges (product) and campaigns on the CheckD / Dataswyft platform.

This role blends client management, campaign coordination, and data-driven performance enablement — ideal for someone passionate about helping clients turn digital engagement into measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Implementation

  • Guide new Issuers through the onboarding journey, including badge setup, data wallet integrations, and campaign design support.
  • Ensure a smooth go-live process with clear Issuer understanding of badge lifecycle management and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align technical setup with Issuer goals.

Relationship Management

  • Serve as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of Issuers, maintaining regular engagement to understand campaign objectives, user targets, and success metrics.
  • Build long-term, strategic partnerships focused on expanding Issuer participation and repeat activations.

Performance Optimization

  • Monitor badge performance (e.g., activations, authentications, redemptions) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Recommend best practices to boost engagement, participation, and ROI for each Issuer campaign.
  • Partner with Product and Data teams to deliver reports and actionable insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product to translate Issuer feedback into platform improvements.
  • Support Marketing in highlighting successful Issuer campaigns for case studies and public showcases.
  • Align with Operations to ensure SLA compliance and campaign delivery timelines.

Retention & Growth

  • Track Issuer satisfaction and identify at-risk accounts.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across other Dataswyft offerings (e.g., multi-badge campaigns, white-label wallets).

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track KPIs such as Issuer retention rate, badge performance (authentications, validations), campaign ROI, and user engagement metrics.
  • Present monthly and quarterly reports summarizing Issuer performance and success outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in
    Client Success, Account Management, or Project Management
    within a SaaS, digital marketing, or data-driven environment.
  • Experience managing B2B or institutional clients, especially in sectors like community programs, CSR, fintech, or digital engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into strategic actions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and empathy.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple Issuers and concurrent campaigns.
  • Technical aptitude to understand digital wallet systems, APIs, or data dashboards.
