**Overview**:
Join our growing team at Oriental Kopi as a **Retail Sales Associate (Service Crew)** We are opening a kiosk with dining tables for customers to enjoy a unique experience. If you are passionate about customer service, food & beverages, and retail, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:
Greet and assist customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

Serve customers dining at the kiosk tables.
- **Sales & Promotions**:
Promote and upsell merchandise products, including our signature 3-in-1 coffee.
- **Food & Beverage Preparation**:
Prepare beverages using our 3-in-1 merchandise products.

Pack and serve freshly made egg tarts and other kiosk offerings.

Handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- **Operations & Maintenance**:
Ensure the kiosk is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Support teammates in delivering seamless and efficient service.

**Requirements**:

- A vibrant and friendly personality with a customer-first attitude.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with people.
- Experience in F&B or retail is preferred but training will be provided.
