To ensure optimum manpower and machines utilisation in order to achieve optimum output. Job Description: 1) To ensure materials and machines are used in accordance with established specifications. 2) Assists Moulding HOD and Production Engineer in implementing change of procedures in Moulding Department. 3) Responsible for proper housekeeping of production floor in accordance with the 5S. 4) Assists production operators in product verification in accordance with the relevant quality standards. 5) To ensure that production is carried out according to production schedule to meet customers' delivery requirements on time. 6) To ensure proper handling, usage and storage of Tools. 7) To ensure proper packaging of goods. 8) To ensure proper usage of jigs and fixtures whenever required. 9) To monitor, control and reduce rejections. 10) To be responsible to stop production whenever necessary due to poor quality output and other circumstances. Requirements: 1) Ensure work processes are appropriately controlled to comply with the ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements and to report any non-compliance's to HOD. 2) At least 3 years working experience in similar capacity. 3) Good working knowledge of plastic injection moulding. 4) Sound knowledge of setting machines parameters and respective characteristics of the various machines/equipment used in production.
