HR Assistant

We are looking for an HR Administrator Assistant to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department. The job responsibilities include processing employee data, attendance checking, briefing new staff and hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions. Ultimately, you will make sure all HR operations run smoothly.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts.
- Update internal databases with new hire information and data update
**Requirements**:
- Work experience as an HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation, update in excel or words
- Experience using spreadsheets
- Organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
