**Job Title**: L2 Application Support Analyst - AML
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide L2 support for AML platforms such as **Actimize, SAS AML, Oracle Mantas, NICE, or FircoSoft**, including incident resolution and root cause analysis.
- Monitor batch jobs, integrations, and alerts related to AML workflows and escalate issues as needed.
- Coordinate with L1 teams, business users, and L3/vendor teams for problem resolution and enhancements.
- Support **change management** and **release activities**, including patch validation, regression testing, and post-deployment verification.
- Document knowledge base articles, runbooks, and incident recovery procedures.
- Work in a **follow-the-sun model** or provide weekend/on-call support as per the support roster.
- Ensure compliance with **incident, problem, and change management** processes under ITIL standards.
- Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to validate AML alert issues and fine-tune rules or thresholds.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of experience in **Application Support**, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- Good knowledge of **AML systems** (e.g., Actimize, Mantas, SAS AML, or similar).
- Strong **SQL** skills for data analysis and debugging.
- Understanding of **AML compliance processes** and terminology (e.g., KYC, SAR, PEP, transaction monitoring).
- Experience with **incident management tools** (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
- Exposure to **batch processing tools** (e.g., Control-M, Autosys).
- Familiarity with **Unix/Linux** and basic scripting for troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience with **Microsoft Dynamics 365**, **Power Platform**, or CRM-related integrations with AML systems.
- Certifications**:ITIL Foundation**, **AML/KYC certifications** (e.g., CAMS) are a plus.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- AML platforms - Actimize, SAS AML, Oracle Mantas, NICE: 1 year (preferred)
- Application Support, in a banking or financial services: 1 year (preferred)
