Junior Quantity Surveyor

Perform site visit and attend site meeting to monitor and evaluate work progress.
- Prepares bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing, measuring and estimating material cost and labour cost price in the tendering process.
- Responsible for overall Q.S operation including take-off, BO & materials, tendering & cost analysis
- Responsibile for overall project contract administration and co-ordination
- Liase with consultants, main contractor and sub-contractor
- Perform cost control, risk, and value management.
- Compiling, evaluating and updating of cost analysis and cost plan.
- Be able to work closely and liaise with design team, architectural and operation team.

**Who are they looking for?**
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates) and Bahasa Malaysia
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office & Basic Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Possess own transport.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
