We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing our online presence, ensuring smooth operations across multiple platforms, and driving sales growth.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Platform Management**:

- Proficiently manage our Shopify store, ensuring all product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing.
- Create, update, and synchronize product listings across various online selling platforms, including TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and others.

**2. Inventory Management**:

- Monitor product availability and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure seamless fulfillment.
- Track and manage stock levels across all platforms to prevent overselling or stockouts.

**3. Customer Interaction**:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns on all platforms, providing excellent customer service.
- Handle product-related questions and provide detailed information to potential buyers.

**4. Order Fulfillment**:

- Coordinate order fulfillment, including packing, shipping, and delivery, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
- Track and confirm order status to keep customers informed.

**5. Marketing and Content**:

- Utilize basic design and copywriting skills to enhance product listings, optimizing product descriptions and images for maximum conversion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and strategies.

**6. Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to improve product listings and marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Previous experience with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms is essential.
- Familiarity with Malaysia's online selling platforms, including TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and others.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic design and copywriting skills are a definite plus.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic e-commerce environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce trends and best practices.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
