JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Prepare product marketing materials including brochures, product sheets, presentations and other related documents.
  2. Support Sales & Marketing Executives during product presentations at hospitals, laboratories, universities and institutions.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations after internal training has been provided.
  4. Participate in field marketing activities including customer visits, hospital program and onsite product discussions.
  5. Handle marketing tasks for company events and exhibitions (Lab Asia, conferences, workshops, etc.), including preparation of posters, roll-ups, display materials and post-event documentation.
  6. Maintain and update all product marketing materials for internal and external use.
  7. Manage and update online product listings on the Company's e-commerce platform and RB's website catalogue, as well as external platforms (Shopee and Lazada), including product photos, descriptions and pricing updates as provided by Management.
  8. Prepare product-related social media posts (product highlights, events, new arrivals) in line with the Company's branding guidelines

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or any related field.
  2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  3. Interest in healthcare, biomedical or laboratory products is an advantage.
  4. Confident in preparing presentations and interacting with customers.
  5. Able to create basic marketing materials using PowerPoint, Canva or similar tools.
  6. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
  7. Creative, organised and willing to learn technical product knowledge.
  8. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
