⋙ RESPONSIBILITIES

Full-Funnel Growth Execution

  • Campaign Execution: Support the rollout of marketing initiatives across every stage of the player journey — from awareness and acquisition to onboarding, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Organic Growth: Implement and optimize organic growth strategies, including referral programs, community activations, viral loops, and content-driven campaigns.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative and content teams to produce compelling, value-driven content that drives traffic, player engagement, and brand loyalty.

Content & Channel Optimization

  • Content Management: Support the creation and management of content across app stores, websites, landing pages, blog articles, and in-game news feeds, ensuring alignment with ASO and SEO best practices.
  • Marketing Coordination: Assist in planning and managing email and messaging campaigns, including audience segmentation and performance analysis.
  • ASO Enhancement: Contribute to ongoing App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts to improve app visibility, ranking, and conversion rates.

Event & On-Ground Activation

  • Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute on-ground activations such as roadshows, gaming events, campus tours, pop-up booths, and launch parties.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with event vendors, internal teams, and brand partners to ensure seamless execution and create memorable player experiences.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Gather insights and feedback from physical events to continuously enhance community engagement and player satisfaction.

Data-Driven Optimization

  • Player Insights: Monitor and analyze player behavior data to identify drop-off points and uncover opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • KPI Tracking: Measure and report key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), retention rates, and conversion funnels.
  • Optimization: Conduct A/B tests and continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance and lifetime user value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Cross-Team Alignment: Work closely with product, game design, and community teams to ensure growth initiatives align seamlessly with in-game features, events, and player experiences.
  • Campaign Strategy: Contribute to the creation of cross-channel marketing strategies that support feature releases, seasonal campaigns, and content drops.
  • Innovation & Learning: Participate in brainstorming sessions to explore new growth experiments and share key insights and learnings with the wider team.

⋙ QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or event marketing — preferably within the gaming or technology industry.
  • Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and community-building strategies.
  • Event Experience: Hands-on experience in supporting or managing on-ground events, brand activations, or experiential campaigns is a strong advantage.
  • Technical Tools: Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Mailchimp, or other lifecycle marketing tools.
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven with the ability to interpret insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for gaming and player communities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
