**Job description**:
We are looking for a SAP Support Specialist to act as a Super User and Process Subject Matter Expert to support end users on how-to queries, troubleshoot business process/workflow-related issues, measure the adoption rate of SAP usage and conduct refresher training to users to enhance the usage of SAP.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Act as a Super User supporting end users on how to queries, troubleshoot business process or workflow related issues, conduct refresher training, and prepare or update documents for user guide.
- Provide 1st level support. Support SAP and other third-party system, this including support end user across the company entities (e.g. Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, China, Ivory Coast, United State etc).
- Act as the person in charge for incidents required to escalate to our SAP vendor.
- Responsible for new change request raise by the end user and possess the capability to challenge unnecessary request to maintain the company’s standard business system, reducing unnecessary customization.
- Work with SAP vendor to provide clear requirements and lead the User Acceptance Test for Change Request raised, ensuring the Change Request could be completed within the expected timeline.
- Furnish or improve the business process to increase the company efficiency level.
- Perform SAP configurations and perform Transport Request following the standard IT process.
- Perform additional ad-hoc job and work assignment.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting SAP.
- Experienced in Warehouse Management and Sales and Distribution.
- Experienced in FICO, MM would be an added advantage.
- Willing to learn new SAP modules or integrated third-party system.
- Hands on experience with SAP or ERP.
