DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: '¢ Responsible for the overall management of training systems, content, and support materials for business needs and development of Centre of Excellence (COE) '¢ Develops, delivers, and evaluates training programs to improve performance of employees at all levels '¢ Identify performance patterns and create programs to address gaps in the business '¢ Review efficacy of the existing training programs and suggest relevant content to suit training gaps and business needs '¢ Ensures consistency in the quality of training programs, initiatives, and materials launched by the department '¢ Drives innovative training program development through the facilitation of online resources, training toolkits, and mentorship programs '¢ Responsible for developing trainers, placing focus on critical thinking and business fundamentals '¢ Develop and establish metrics that measure performance and success of ongoing training programs, and identify points for improvement '¢ Creative and proficient in managing new project demands, and meeting rapid timelines '¢ Undertake any other duties as-and-when assigned by the Management REQUIREMENTS: '¢ Graduate/Postgraduate with 5+ years of experience in Contact Centre managing Training department/unit/campaign '¢ Strong analytical skills & Co-ordination, Data Analysis & Problem Solving '¢ Six Sigma (Green/Black belt) is an added advantage '¢ Ability to manage departmental PnL in an added advantage '¢ Team Management & People Handling Ability '¢ Demonstrates high degree of leadership, and autonomous drive '¢ Experience in process design and mapping, establishing performance & data analysis '¢ Good planning and organizational skills and competent in decision-making '¢ Acute sense of professionalism and confidentiality with good leadership personality '¢ Experience in process-centric environment and focused on delivering high-value quality outputs
