What We Do

Through our Learning Products & Insights (LPI) unit, we focus on designing meaningful learning experiences, capturing insights that drive organizational growth, and integrating technology and AI to make learning more impactful and scalable.

The Role

We are looking for a Learning Products & Insights Associate to join our regional team.

In this role, you'll develop engaging in-person and blended learning experiences. You'll also contribute to research, synthesis, and communication of insights that inform our programme frameworks and strengthen ALVIGOR's learning ecosystem.

This position is ideal for someone who is creative, analytical, and proactive, someone who enjoys crafting meaningful learning experiences while supporting leadership in driving quality and coordination across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Module Development: Design and develop engaging, hands-on training modules aligned with learning objectives, adult learning principles, and client needs.
• Create Training Materials: Develop facilitator guides, learner handouts, visuals, and activity sheets that are clear, engaging, and on-brand.
• Support Training Preparation: Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to prepare physical tools and resources for effective programme delivery.
• Content Structuring: Contribute to the flow and logic of training content to ensure clarity, engagement, and retention.
• Insights & Content Creation: Support the creation of insight-driven materials such as frameworks, summaries, or visual explainers that communicate key learnings, research findings, and programme impact.
• Research & Learning Trends: Conduct research on adult learning, behavioural change, and facilitation trends to strengthen our internal knowledge base.
• Feedback & Improvement: Gather and organize trainer and participant feedback to enhance the effectiveness and relevance of training materials.
• AI-Enabled & Tech-Supported Design: Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) for research, idea generation, and workflow optimization in design and insight production.
• Learning Product Development Support: Contribute ideas and assist in formatting modules, toolkits, or frameworks into scalable learning product formats.
• Team Collaboration & Leadership Support: Work closely with the Head of Learning Products & Insights and team members to ensure alignment, progress tracking, and quality assurance across projects. Take initiative, communicate effectively, and help maintain smooth team workflows.
• Proposal & Reporting Support: Assist in preparing proposals, workshop synopses, and post-programme reports for clients and internal reference.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and facilitation techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Excellent writing, synthesis, and visual communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data and insights into clear narratives or visuals.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Interest in leveraging AI and learning technologies to enhance design and insight generation.
