**Responsibilities**:

- Establishes, assigns, and adjusts work methods and procedures to meet schedules using knowledge of capacities and capabilities of personnel and equipment.
- To ensure all air conditioning system meets all safety and environmental regulations, such as ensuring that the system is free from refrigerant leaks and that all equipment is properly maintained.
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and Air Conditioning (AC) systems and equipment.
- Able to diagnosing / troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults for any AC systems.
- Perform maintenance for the ventilation and air-conditioning system such as the AC and control system, including cleaning and repair of the systems
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Require to maintain records of all work performed to all air conditioning system.
- This includes records of maintenance schedules, repairs made, and any new installations or upgrades.
- Assist on building facilities and to respond on internal and/or any company's building/assets repairing.
- Communicate effectively with other members of the maintenance team, building management, and contractors to ensure that the air conditioning system is functioning correctly and that repairs are completed promptly.
- Perform other related to the maintenance's duties and activities as required from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Education - minimum certificate/diploma in Air-Conditioner & refrigeration system / mechanical engineering (major in air conditioner and refrigeration system).
- Technical Experience - minimum one (1) year in handling air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems.
- Understanding of principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and/or heating.
- Able to work independently, self-motivated and a good team player.
- Basic knowledge and experience in electrical (including motor control), plumbing, & civil.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Good in reading schematics and work plans.
- Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
- Not afraid or not unfit to work in high places.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
