To assist our Building Manager/Executive on Site Operation and Administrative matters
- To monitoring day to day security operations performed by our appointed Security Company.
- To supervise and ensure all places of landscapes and gardens are clean and well maintained.
- To supervise the day to day clean and well maintained.
- Carry out repairs and preventive M&E maintenance work in accordance to schedule.
- Assist in monitoring all works being performance by outside contractors.
- Responsible for alerting the Building Manager/Executive of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.

Requirements:

- Certificate/Diploma in Electrical/Plumbing/Air-Cond.
- 1-3 years working experience in highrise building;
- Good discipline and hard-working

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
