**Your new role**
**As the Member Service Manager, you will uphold a high standard of service by leading your team to result in member satisfaction, loyalty and retention to meet both the firm's and members' expectations.**
**What you'll need to succeed**
- A background managing customer/ member/ stakeholder services with preference for financial/ professional services industry
- Mentor and develop members service team to deliver a high standard of member service
- Establish member service procedures, policies and standards including FAQ sheets, compliant mechanisms
- Handle and oversee member service operations including study material delivery, processing of refunds and compensation, budget and member administration functions
