**Job Descriptions**:

- Enforce compliance of MEB OSH Management System Procedures & any other required HSE Procedures & System” for personnel & machinery’s working/ within MEB Project;
- Coordinate periodic site Safety Toolbox Briefings by Subcontractors Supervisors to further improve & inculcate safe working practices to Construction Teams;
- Assist in OSH Training & Orientation session (i.e. Section New Employee Safety Induction and Project Site Entry Safety Induction Briefing) on regular basis throughout the construction period;
- Enforce Personal Protective Equipment (PPE’s) implementation;
- Liaise with Sub-Contractors’ Safety Representative on OSH matters on regular basis;
- Assist in conducting Occupational Safety & Health Internal/ PTW Audits at the project sites and on the Sub-Contractor’s Safety Representative on work areas, make observations, records and reports the inspection findings to Safety Health Officer and then follow-up on the necessary improvement actions to ensure that safe working practices compliance;
- Assist Safety & Health Officer /HSE Managers in preparation & submission of Monthly HSE Management data’s for preparation of MEB Project Monthly HSE Reports;
- Conduct periodic workers’ Welfare & Health Facilities Inspections (accommodations, canteen, toilets, mosquito control management, etc.)
- Assist the ERT & Traffic Management Team during any emergencies/crisis or for safe in line with the project Emergency Response Plan (ERP) respectively when required;
- Conduct inspection & Enforce compliance of CIDB GREENCARD and HSE Induction
- Assist Safety & Health Officers / HSE Managers in organizing and implementing project HSE Promotion Programs or HSE Campaign;
- Participate and assist in Workplace Safety Walkabout / OSH Inspections ( as per project HSE Program) & Audits carried out by Safety & Health Officers / HSE Managers;
- Assist SHO, Site Supervisors & Subcontractors Safety Representatives in Incident and Accident Investigations; follow-up on Corrective & Preventive control measures implemented;
- Assist & provide data’s to Safety & Health Officers / HSE Managers in keeping & monitoring, notification of Project Safety Performance Statistics on Incident, Occupational Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences at the place of work;
- Any other duties (related to HSE) that Safety & Health Officers / HSE Managers or the Management might assign that form time to time.
- To comply & adhere to all matters pertaining to Safety and Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company.

**Job requirements**:

- Min. Diploma or competency certificate Yellow Book holder from DOSH.
- Min. 4 years experience in construction as Site Safety Supervisor.
- Good attitude, discipline and better soft skills.
- Contract position.
- Willing to work in Kuantan, Pahang with mínimal supervision.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
