Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) or Coordinator to support our site operations. This role involves maintaining accurate safety documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing administrative support for safety-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update safety-related documentation (e.g., JSA reviews, site inductions, SOPs, inspection reports).
  • Assist in organizing safety induction programs and daily toolbox meetings.
  • Monitor and manage the renewal of safety certificates, work permits, and other compliance documents.
  • Tabulate and calculate manpower timesheets for reporting and payroll purposes.
  • Assist with basic site payment and billing processes (e.g., preparing delivery orders, collecting receipts).
  • Help maintain and manage office documentation and tracking records as required.
  • Support documentation and administrative tasks such as data entry and filing (physical and digital).

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any related field.
  • Completed Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) course – mandatory.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in administrative or documentation role, preferably in construction or industrial site environments.
  • Basic understanding of Malaysian safety regulations (OSHA, FMA, CIDB) is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
