About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our growing team at Kerjaya Letrik RY Sdn Bhd, a leading electrical contracting company based in Kuantan, Pahang.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in overseeing and supporting the successful execution of our electrical installation and infrastructure projects. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our company's strategic objectives while advancing your career in the electrical and construction services industry.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Coordinate and monitor electrical project activities to ensure timely completion, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to maintain clear and effective communication.
  • Able to attend site visits as required by the management.
  • Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, progress reports and claims, and other documentations.
  • Identify potential project risks or issues and implement suitable mitigation measures.
  • Provide administrative and technical support, including document control, data management, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to optimise workflows and promote continuous improvement in project delivery.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a project coordination role within the electrical or construction industry.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply
  • Possess a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g. MS Project, AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage).
  • Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player.
  • Familiarity with electrical installation processes, project management methodologies, and relevant industry regulations.
