To achieve outlet daily/monthly sales target, recognize sales opportunities and ability to maximize the sales opportunity via up and cross selling. Establish long-term relationships with customers, improve customer buying interest and build the brand confidence. Act as brand ambassador to portray professional and high level of customer service at all times.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To promote and sell Royal Selangor & Comnys products in the showroom.
- To achieve monthly sales target given by superior.
- Provide excellent customer services to enrich the customer shopping experience in our retail stores.
- Interact with customers by providing comprehensive product information and propose gift ideas to customers for any occasion.
- Able to do product articulations and demonstration to customers.
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensuring all merchandise are properly displayed.
- Process sales quotations, orders & deliveries, handle inventory related works, if any.
- To be able work on shift hours, overtime, weekend and public holiday.
- Subject to be transferred to another location at the discretion of the employer.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum with 2 years of retail sales experience.

**Required Skills & Attributes**
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia languages and able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge such as word, excel and power point.
- Dynamic, friendly with cheerful disposition and a team player.
- Self-motivated, proactive and result driven with strong passion in sales related roles.
- Able to work on rotating shift schedule including weekends and public holidays.

**Salary**: Up to RM2,300.00 per month
