**About the Role**:
As a **Junior Sales Associate**, you’ll support the sales team in identifying leads, engaging with prospective clients, and contributing to overall revenue growth. You’ll receive training, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying and qualifying sales leads
- Prepare and deliver product presentations to potential customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail (fresh graduates welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence, resilience, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: RM1,230.53 - RM4,830.90 per month
