**About the Role**:
As a **Trainee Team Leader - Sales Products**, you’ll begin by learning our sales processes, understanding our product offerings, and supporting the current team. As your skills develop, you'll gradually take on leadership responsibilities and manage a team of sales associates to meet performance targets and drive revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn and understand the full range of products and services offered
- Assist the Sales Team in generating leads and closing deals
- Support team performance by providing guidance and motivation
- Track individual and team KPIs and prepare progress reports
- Collaborate with senior managers to identify areas for growth
- Lead by example with excellent customer engagement and service
- Participate in training programs and leadership workshops
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Natural leadership ability with a willingness to learn
- High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Team player with problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours and meet sales targets

Pay: RM2,465.85 - RM5,069.56 per month
