**Title: Junior Sales Associate (Full Time)**

**Company Description**

CAP 1 Financial Group (CFG) is a Venture Management & Private Equity company headquartered in Singapore and holds a Capital Markets Services licence (CMS No.100968) regulated by Monetary Authority of Singapore. She has subsidiaries in Thailand and China and has been issued Qualified Domestic Limited Partner (QDLP) by Chongqing Municipality.

CAP 1 ‘s stakeholders include many of Asia and Middle East's families. Through alliances with these families, CAP 1’s objective is to identify and invest into companies which exhibit strong growth potential and with the necessary network, strategic alliances, open new markets and create synergies to catapult its portfolio companies into a new stage of growth.
- Generate Sales leads for Investors and family offices.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
- Assist in drafting pitch documents and marketing collaterals
- Assist with client queries and resolve any operational issues
- Liaise with teams across ASEAN and China

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about Investments and Private Equity/Venture Capital
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
- Excellent communication, language skills and possesses pleasant disposition.
- Fluent in verbal and written English; Fluency in a 2nd language is preferred (such as Mandarin)

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
