**Key Responsibilities**:

- Offer specialized consulting and knowledge in the following areas: sustainability strategy and reporting, ESG framework, climate action, GHG accounting, sustainable finance & stakeholder engagement
- Lead/ support projects to deliver jobs effectively, with high quality, and on time
- Client Engagements: assist client engagements, lead presentations, workshops and interviews
- Proactively identify client’s needs, develop tailored solutions and sell these to new and existing clients
- Introducing Wellkinetics services to new and existing clients.
- Undertake multiple projects independently with mínimal supervision to meet tight deadlines and produce high quality work which meets clients' needs.
- Lead Sustainability/ TCFD reporting works for Clients which include Integrated Reporting
/ESG reports based on various reporting frameworks like GRI, IR Framework, SASB, TCFD etc.
- Involvement in the execution of ESG Assurance projects.
- Involvement in materiality assessments, impact assessments, review of stakeholder engagements
- Present confidently to client’s senior management, leadership teams and the Board of Directors
- Other related tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sustainability consulting or related field
- Experience working with clients in a variety of industries to develop and implement sustainability strategies and recommendations
- High level of sustainability knowledge with experience in either field of Social, Environmental or Governance
- Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks, certifications, and environmental regulations
- Proficiency in data analysis and modelling, sustainability reporting and data visualization tools
- Passionate on business development, meeting new clients and able to translate that into opportunities.
- Passionate on learning and research on ESG which is dynamic and growing at a rapid pace.
- Capacity to engage with stakeholders and ability to manage deadlines.
- Possess good report writing skill and communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- Highly proficient with research and presentation skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- We can offer various work arrangements to suit your career aspirations. This can be on full-time termed contract basis (6-12 months with potential extension), part time or full-time-equivalent basis, or on a per job basis. Speak to us to know more.
