**What you'll be doing**
- Coordinating and supervising the work of construction crews to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Monitoring the work of subcontractors and ensuring they adhere to project plans, safety protocols, and quality requirements
- Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise on the construction site in a timely and effective manner
- Liaising with on site workers, sub contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and address any concerns
- Ensuring the construction site is maintained in a clean, organized, and safe condition
- Documenting and reporting on project progress, safety incidents, site challenges and other relevant information

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role
- Possess own transport (car) & not motorcycle
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
- Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools
- A team player with the ability to motivate and lead construction crews
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or supervision

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
