Qualifications & experience:

- Strong active listening skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse client.
- Excellent communication skills over the phone.
- Able to communicate in Malay and English. Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Tasks & responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calls to potential clients or leads.
- Develop positive relationship with clients.
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
- Set and track sales accounts targets, aligned with company objectives
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interaction.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
