**Job Title**:School Principal**

**Location**: UOA Business Park, Glenmarie

**Employment Type**: Full-time

Redboot is a a bilingual preschool dedicated to providing high-quality education and fostering a nurturing learning environment. We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Principal** to lead our school, drive academic excellence, and support student and staff development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strong leadership in managing school operations, academics, and staff.
- Develop and implement school policies, curriculum, and programs aligned with educational standards.
- Monitor student performance and ensure a high standard of teaching and learning.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate teachers and staff to maintain a motivated team.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student growth and well-being.
- Collaborate with parents, the school board, and community stakeholders.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and school facilities.
- Ensure compliance with education regulations and safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in education.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and school operations.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team effectively.
- Familiarity with local and international education policies is an advantage.
